added benefits of our AdvantageCare Rider.
AdvantageCare is a rider to the Blue Cross Senior Classic F Plan and is

Parts A and B of Medicare. It is an affordable and valuable health plan
that will help pay for a wide range of health care services that Medicare
doesn't cover.

Why You May Need AdvantageCare |
In addition to the hospital and physician services covered under our
Senior Classic F Plan, AdvantageCare will help pay for nursing facility,
home health and home support services in the event of you suffer a sudden,
serious illness or accident that requires more comprehensive care.
Medicare pays few, if any, of the expenses associated with receiving
care in a nursing home or in your own home. Should you require these
services, you would be responsible for all costs not covered by Medicare.
That's where AdvantageCare can help.

How Is AdvantageCare Different From Long
Term Care Insurance? |
Most Long Term Care (LTC) plans are purchased by individuals who want
coverage for care at home, in an assisted living facility or a nursing
home for extended periods. AdvantageCare is an ideal plan to have to help
cover the costs of receiving care for shorter periods of time (a year or
less), with daily benefits of up to $100 and a lifetime maximum of $36,500
should you need it.
