The Aetna Advantage PPO High-Deductible 5000 Plan, a health insurance plan underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company (Aetna*), is designed to work in conjunction with contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA),, contributions, which allow you to pay for qualified medical expenses on a tax-advantaged* basis. You'll enjoy premium payments that are among the lowest we offer. Your annual deductible will be higher than with most other plans, but after it's been reached, you pay nothing for office visits, hospitalization or other services. View more plans

The above costs apply if you choose a provider from Aetna's network of participating physicians and hospitals. Costs will be higher if you choose out-of-network providers.
