and annual deductibles. PPO plans offer the freedom to choose your health care
provider. You also have access to care at discounted fees by using independently
contracted doctors and medical facilities that participate in UniCare's network.
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a savings account that allows
eligible individuals to save money that can be used to pay for qualified medical
expenses on a tax-free basis. All HSA-compatible health insurance plans are
required to meet certain federally mandated deductible and out-of-pocket
requirements.
